Community Fundraiser
New Citizens' Gateway is seeking a passionate and motivated Community Fundraiser to help grow vital income that supports our life-changing work. This is a rewarding opportunity to build strong relationships with local communities, faith groups and supporters, inspiring them to fundraise and stand in solidarity with refugees and asylum seekers.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering community fundraising activities, events, and campaigns, growing individual giving, and raising NCG's profile across the borough. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of our services.
We are looking for someone with experience in community and/or individual giving fundraising, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for engaging people to support social justice and inclusion.

Requirements
- Proven experience of community fundraising and/or individual giving in a charity or non-profit setting
- Experience in delivering income growth through a range of fundraising methods
- Budget management experience, including setting and reporting against targets
- Experience in developing and delivering community or event-based fundraising activities
- A strong commitment to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK
